NO-SHOW POLICY

Rumors Salon strives to provide the best possible service and accommodate all our clients’ needs. To ensure fairness and availability for everyone, we have implemented the following no-show policy:

No-Show Charge:
If a client fails to show up for their scheduled appointment without providing sufficient notice, 50% of the scheduled service fee will be charged to the client. This charge helps cover the time and resources set aside for the appointment.

We understand that emergencies can happen. In such cases, please contact us at (480)998-1888 as soon as possible, and we may waive the no-show fee at our discretion.
