NO-SHOW POLICY

Rumors Salon strives to provide the best possible service and accommodate all our clients’ needs. To ensure fairness and availability for everyone, we have implemented the following no-show policy for all new clients:

 

Credit Card on File:
All new clients are required to provide a valid credit card at the time of booking to guarantee their appointment. The credit card will only be charged in the event of a no-show or late cancellation as per our policy below.

 

No-Show Charge:
If a client fails to show up for their scheduled appointment without providing sufficient notice, 50% of the scheduled service fee will be charged to the credit card on file. This charge helps cover the time and resources set aside for the appointment.

 

Cancellation Notice:
We require a minimum of 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in the no-show charge being applied.

 

Exemptions:
We understand that emergencies can happen. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible, and we may waive the no-show fee at our discretion.
